If the docking system (Dragon: CBM, Soyuz: probe and cone) can withstand the partial gravity, then that craft could be docked to the &amp;quot;floor&amp;quot; of the station. The other end of the inflatable module would be connected to something like a kevlar ribbon. The counterweight could possibly be a rocket second stage.
