The Mid-Atlantic Regional Spaceport is located on Wallops Island, Virginia, the site of a NASA launch site formerly used for Scout satellite launches, and currently still in use for NASA sounding rocket launches.

It is now one of five commercial spaceports licensed by the Federal Aviation Administration.
