The sole purpose of the article is to point the reader to an appropriate article. I wasn't able to figure out what specific type of tether your stub was about. I was actually trying to work out what other types of tethers Bill must have been thinking of when he set up the disambiguation page. o probably should have added a note here. a hisambiguation page is for when there is more than one article on a given subject.
