The International Lunar Exploration Working Group (ILEWG) is a forum that is sponsored by several of the world's government space agencies. Sponsors as of 1994 include: Australian Space Agency (ASA), Agenzia Spaziale Italiana (ASI), (BNSC), National Centre for Space Studies (CNES), DARA, European Space Agency (ESA), Institute of Space and Astronautical Science (ISAS), NASA, National Space Development Agency of Japan (NASDA), and RSA.
