Type of Non-Ionizing Radiation

Microwaves are electromagnetic waves with wavelengths ranging from as long as one meter to as short as one millimeter, or equivalently, with frequencies between 300 MHz (0.3 GHz) and 300 GHz.

On the Moon

Microwaves on the moon would represents the first source of electric heating for sintering, casting and melting materials. Because, resistor based apparels heat in all directions, thermal energy is lost.

The exportation of electricity to the Earth would be also via Microwaves.

Note: Several non-ionic materials (can not be heated by microwaves) would be sintered in a resistor based machinery.
