This statement is quesitonable: "The cost of building such a structure compared to earth is greatly reduced due to the 1/6 Gravity" Building inrastructure on the Moon will be extremely expensive ocmpared to Earth. 1/6 gravity helps a little, but does not make it cheaper than Earth.
