    • 1 January -- official launch date of Lunarpedia.
    • 9 March -- groundbreaking began on Marspedia.
    • 23 March -- groundbreaking began on Exodictionary
    • circa 1 April -- groundbreaking began on Spacepedia, originally Exoplatz.
    • circa 8 April -- groundbreaking began on Scientifiction in response to worsening controversy over including fiction on Lunarpedia
