Artemis '95 was the second conference held by the Artemis Society International. It was held on 28-30 June 1996 in Houston, Texas.

While this was considered to be part of the conference sequence, its announcement described it as being more of a business meeting. It was entirely focused on work for plans for the Artemis Project and an ASI membership was a requirement to participate.
