Hydrogen

Hydrogen is the simplest element, the most common element in the universe, and one of the critical elements believed to be in critically short supply on Luna. Its most common nuclear permutation is a single proton, although it can also exist with one or two neutrons.

Hydrogen has possibly been detected at the Lunar poles, but the amount available has ben a topic of controversy.
