Dr. Alan B. Binder was Principal Investigator of the Lunar Prospector spacecraft. He is also author of the novel Moonquake.
Dr Binder is founder of the Lunar Research Institute.
He was one of the investigators with the 1976 Viking
missions.
He founded the now defunct Lunar Exploration, Inc.
