There is a huge difference between being a former director and a current director.

For legal and regulatory reasons, at this time I must not be listed on pages which imply that I am a current director of any organization.  I am under disclosure requriements regarding directorships, listing me as a Director (when I am not) could cause confusion and problems with my employer and regulatory agencies.

Former Directors

There is a huge difference between being a former director and a current director.

For legal and regulatory reasons, at this time I must not be listed on pages which imply that I am a current director of any organization.
