Answer:
That would be anything not under the GFDL or CC Lunar namespace.
So an article on say ASI ADB written by me and intended for pure public domain would go in http://www.lunarpedia.org/index.php?title=ASI_ADB. (Wiki converts the spaces in titles to a _)
If I wanted to attribute a license for whatever reason, then I might put it under http://www.lunarpedia.org/index.php?title=GFDL:ASI_ADB for GFDL or for Creative Commons attributing Lunarpedia it would go under http://www.lunarpedia.org/index.php?title=CC_Lunar:ASI_ADB
The GFDL namespace is there mainly to facilitate imports from Wikipedia, the CC_Lunar namespace was insisted upon by vote when we setup the wiki. So far only one person has used it, and he wasn't even in on the voting.
