Created for a heavily besieged political wiki, the Wiki Handler for Unwanted and Malefactorous Posts is designed to identify blatant garbage posts and accounts -- and delete and ban accordingly with extreme prejudice. While optimized for use against a specific attacker, its ability to identify general cases of attacks is expected to improve over time.
The exact operational parameters of WHUMP are subject to change, and are not posted here, lest that make things easier for people who want to fill this place up with dubious and off-topic advertizing.
