It is unclear whether or not the editor at IP 74.243.237.110 has the authority to change the title of "When I Meet The President!" or not. Since there is no explanation of the edit in discussion nor any identification of the editor I assume the editor has no authority. What was apparently considered an error was the use of historical present tense. The edits made by IP 74.243.237.110 did not in fact change the title but merely changed some text referring to the title and made an internal link non-functional.
