The article could improve its purpose by explaining moon/selenite psychology as part of Moon medicine. --Jose Giraldez 04:24, 16 April 2012 (UTC)
- But that was not the interest of those who started the article. They were interested in garnering political support for a moon colony or settlement rather than determining psychological considerations helpful to those living on the moon (lunatics[ joke]). The problem with success in gathering such support from an army of true believers is that they would support a program even if it had no chance of economic success. That would result in the eventual total discrediting of a moon colony program. It is better to convince people of the actual rational basis for a possibly economic settlement so they will support only a program that is economic. It is a bit of a tough sell.
