Arthur Smith is a physicist and computer professional at the American Physical Society publication office in Ridge, NY. He has served as an officer of the National Space Society and on the board of directors of the Moon Society in recent years, and has a strong interest in use of space resources and development of new energy technologies including solar power satellites.
